Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Sebelum Dan Sesudah IPO

This study purpose to determine the effect financial performance of companies before and after IPO through ratios as measured by Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio,, Return On Equity, Asset, Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turnover Ratio. The population used in this is BEI period 2018. Then using purposive sampling method for selected sampling, on campanies listed IDX Method data analysis t test paired sample T-test. results found that liquidity ratio, solvency profitability activity there a significant relationship IPO, which means H0 accepted .
